The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley Idaho. Minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100 condominium unit complex was build in 1972 as part of the John Gardner tennis Camp. While no longer part of the tennis camp the Ranch Association does continue to maintain the Clubhouse and (2) tennis courts for our owners and their guests. The Ranch Clubhouse at one time was a bar and restaurant. The Clubhouse has since been converted to a meeting and recreation area with swimming pool, hot tub, game room, exercise area and lounge. The clubhouse is the perfect place for the owners to hold meetings, family gatherings and special events. The Ranch Condominiums are well maintained in a quiet setting appreciated by all who own and visit our area. If what the Ranch has to offer isn't enough, as an owner you have access to the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association amenities as well. These amenities include (2) olympic size swimming pools, (17) tennis courts, 1800 acres of open space with many trails and a park for kids of all ages.
