When Does the Clubhouse Open?

The clubhouse is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. The staffing of the clubhouse only occurs during the active seasons. This is usually from just after the opening of ski season (December 15) to about the closing of ski season (April 1) and again from mid June (approx. June 15) thru Labor Day (September). While the Clubhouse is open to Owners and Guests year around the hot tub and pool closes seasonally to help save on operational costs.
How Do You Access the Clubhouse?

Access to the Clubhouse is obtained through the use of an electronic key fob. Each condominium has had an electronic key fob issued for the unit. Accessing the Clubhouse is easy by swiping the electronic key fob in front of the black key pad situated next to the 3 separate entry doors. You will hear the lock click open and all you need to do is pull on the door.
Is WiFi Available?

Yes, WiFi is available at the Clubhouse. There is no password needed and Owners may access the clubhouse from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
When is Garbage Picked Up?

The garbage cans are emptied on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
Where is Recycling Available?

Recycling is available at the Ranch Clubhouse. The recycling bins are located on the side of the trash enclosure area. You can recycle glass bottles, plastic bottles, aluminum, tin and paper. Cardboard can be recycled at the Elkhorn fire station located on Morningstar Road in Elkhorn.
